At VELI Luxury, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully.
Delivery Timeline
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- Remote Locations: 7-10 business days after dispatch

Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services including Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, and India Post for reliable delivery across India.
Important Shipping Notes
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
- We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
- In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: NO REFUND POLICY
VELI Luxury does not offer any refunds on purchased products. All sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Why No Refunds?
At VELI Luxury, we maintain the highest quality standards for all our products. Due to the nature of our products (skincare and body care items), we do not offer refunds to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality for all our customers. Once a product is shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund.
What We Do NOT Offer:
- No refunds for any reason including dissatisfaction, change of mind, or allergy concerns
- No refunds for products purchased on sale or discount
- No refunds for shipping charges
- No refunds for opened or used products
- No refunds for products purchased from third-party sellers
Exchange Policy (Limited)
While we do not offer refunds, we may consider exchanges in the following VERY LIMITED circumstances:
- Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
- Wrong Product: If we shipped the wrong item by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped.
Quality Assurance
Every VELI Luxury product undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipping. We carefully inspect each item to ensure it meets our premium standards. If you believe you've received a defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
Before You Purchase:
- Read Product Descriptions: Please carefully read all product details, ingredients, and instructions before placing your order.
- Patch Test: We recommend doing a patch test before using any new skincare product to check for sensitivity.
- Ask Questions: If you have any doubts about a product, contact us before purchasing at support@veliluxury.com
Order Cancellation
You may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
By placing an order with VELI Luxury, you agree to:

- You accept that all sales are final
- You understand that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances
- You agree to our shipping terms and delivery timelines
