• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Limited Quantities: Some products may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per order.
• Errors: In the event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed with incorrect information.

3. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject your order for any reason (e.g., product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud). Order confirmation emails do not guarantee acceptance.
• Payment: We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Razorpay. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled by us if payment is not received or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You may request order cancellation before shipment by contacting support@veliluxury.com.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Area: We currently ship within India. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and trademarks—is the property of VELI Luxury or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
